Our Return & Exchange Policy Overview

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Our policy lasts 07 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    How to Initiate a Return
    To start a return, please email our customer service team at hello@paarche.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

    Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Refund Process
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Exchanges
    If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us at hello@paarche.com. Exchanges are only available for items that are in stock.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@paarche.com. We’ll provide instructions for receiving a replacement or refund.
